Job Description
- Provide grooming services such as bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, shaving, nail clipping, and ear cleaning
- Handle pets safely and calmly during grooming sessions
- Check pet skin and coat condition and report any issues to pet owners or supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow grooming SOPs, safety guidelines, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with pet parents regarding grooming needs and care
- Manage grooming appointments and complete services within scheduled time
- Ensure a positive grooming experience for pets and pet parents
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of pet grooming experience (certification is an advantage)
- Able to groom cats and dogs confidently
- Knowledge of different breeds and grooming techniques
- Patient, responsible, and genuinely loves animals
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Good teamwork and communication skills
