About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Retail Operations Senior Executive to ensure our stores operate at the highest standard every day. This role mainly to keep our retail network efficient, customer-focused, and sales-driven. You will work closely with store managers, operations, and support teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations, address challenges promptly, and implement improvements that directly impact performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring store readiness, operational compliance, and service consistency.
• Coordinate with store managers on staffing needs, operational issues, and service standards.
• Sales and Inventory Management
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, providing actionable recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal product availability.
• Visual Merchandising and Promotions
• Ensure displays, planograms, and promotional setups meet brand guidelines.
• Work with the marketing team to implement in-store campaigns effectively and on schedule.
• Customer Experience
• Uphold service standards in all customer touchpoints, both in-store and via platforms such as WhatsApp.
• Assist in resolving escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Cash and Compliance
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Liaise with the finance team on reconciliations and audits as required.
• Expansion and New Store Launches
• Support new store openings, including site readiness, stock allocation, and launch-day coordination.

Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational setup for new locations 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably across multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with retail POS/operations systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for operational decision-making.
• Willing to travel for store visits and operational support
