Senior Brand & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a social media whizz who is as comfortable behind the camera as they are behind the scenes strategizing. The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart, with a sharp eye for trends and the ability to ideate, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content. Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, shoot, and edit high-quality content (videos, reels, TikToks, stories, and static posts) that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop a unique, engaging brand voice that connects with our audience in a fun and authentic way.
• Stay ahead of social trends, viral moments, and algorithm updates to optimize reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and adjust content strategies for maximum impact.

Influencer & Community Marketing

• Identify, collaborate, and manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators to amplify brand presence.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
• Develop strategies to encourage and repurpose user-generated content.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Ensure a consistent visual and messaging identity across all digital platforms.
• Support campaign development and execution, from concept to content production.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop compelling visual content.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and audience growth.

Events & Promotions

• Create on-the-spot social content at events, trade shows, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with retail and eCommerce teams to drive social-first promotions and flash sales

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong content creation skills—comfortable with filming, photography, and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• A strong portfolio of engaging, high-performing social content.
• Passion for pop culture, memes, and trending digital content.
• Experience with social media ads, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and execute ideas quickly
