Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Development team in their day-to-day operation including preparing campaign reports, generating leads, compiling meeting minutes and coordinating any planned initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse INFLUASIA’s social media assets including actively using paid ads and promotional tools to boost engagement.
  • Pro-actively develop marketing ideas related to trends, special occasions, or festivities throughout the year with the objective of improving sales opportunities.
  • Create, execute, and manage sponsored advertising campaigns across various social media and search engines - ensuring the campaign’s KPIs are met through effective targeting and optimization.
  • Monitor and develop reports on client’s campaign performances and research on competitor’s activity within social media.
  • Assist in developing Post Campaign Reports (PCR) or interim reports for clients that include detailed performance insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Develop media or talent services proposals for potential prospects.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time within the department or cross-department.
  • Actively participate in discussions with management and colleagues on campaign ideation and execution, business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries and communication from the media or any relevant parties.
  • Attending events, networking sessions and performing additional initiatives to generate leads for INFLUASIA services.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and gather insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
