KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Videography: Assist in video shoots, including camera setup, framing, lighting, and audio setup for in-house videos, branded content, and other company-wide projects.
- Video Editing: Edit video content by organizing raw media, editing footage, and adding motion graphics, music, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh and creative content ideas that align with current social media trends and our brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers and other videographers/editors to execute video projects and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Media Management: Organize footage, project files, and media assets to ensure smooth editing and production workflows.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate in Film Production, Digital Media, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and/or CapCut. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Familiar with camera equipment, videography techniques and basic lighting/audio setup.
- Strong creativity and artistic sense demonstrated through a portfolio or previous video projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality and accuracy across video projects.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain creative ideas, editing decisions and filming approaches clearly.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Eager to learn, adapt in a fast-paced environment and take constructive feedback positively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team culture.
