Key Responsibilities:

Community Management: Monitor and engage with the general audience across social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community by addressing concerns, providing information, and building relationships.

Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media trends, topics, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry. Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking social media performance using analytics tools. Analyze key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to gain insights and optimize content strategies. Prepare reports summarizing social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and initiatives. Assist in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and help execute social media components of broader marketing strategies.

Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features to ensure our social media efforts remain effective and up-to-date.
