Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As our Video Editor cum Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the production of high-quality video content for our World of BUZZ platform and visual content for the company. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create engaging and compelling videos and visuals that effectively communicate our brand's message and capture the attention of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography: Record and develop multimedia (audio/video) news content, client’s promotional video, story video, recruiting videos, corporate training and other company-wide projects. 
2. Video Editing: Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
3. Graphic Design: Creating visual content for various digital and print platforms, including social media still and motion graphics, website banners, promotional materials, and more.
4. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
5. Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh and innovative video and design ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
6. Layout and Typography: Work with precision to ensure proper layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in all design projects.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand video and visual needs and execute projects that align with marketing objectives.
8. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
9. Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
10. Learning Opportunity: Learn and apply media principles, industry trends, and best practices under the guidance of experienced designers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Graduated in a relevant field, such as Film Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Photography and Videography skills: Familiar with camera equipment and operation.
4. Strong creativity and artistic skills demonstrated through a portfolio of previous video editing and design projects.
5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure design accuracy and quality.
6. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
7. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
8. Enthusiasm for Learning: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while taking constructive feedback positively.
