Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand video requirements and objectives.
2. Assist in the planning and conceptualization of video projects, including scripting, storyboarding, and shot lists.
3. Participate in video shoots, operate camera equipment, and capture high-quality footage.
4. Edit and post-process videos using industry-standard software, ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and visual enhancements.
5. Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
6. Assist with audio editing, including voiceovers and sound mixing.
7. Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring proper file management and archiving.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and video production techniques.
9. Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance video content and improve storytelling.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality videos.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Strong passion for video production, storytelling, and visual communication.
3. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
4. Familiarity with camera equipment and operation.
5. Knowledge of video compression, formatting, and exporting for various platforms.
6. Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
10. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
11. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video production work is a plus.
