KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Video Production: Collaborate with the video production team in all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production tasks for both in-house and sponsorship content. This may involve conducting research, gathering and organizing equipment, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and script or any creative writing development. To develop competitive and appealing sponsorship content proposals that suits each brand’s message and identity.

Sponsored Content Production: Collaborating with the video production team to create and develop multimedia (audio/video) news content, promotional video, story video, recruiting videos, corporate training and other company-wide projects for clients. To become main liaison between clients, business development PIC and internal video production team. 

Shooting and Editing: Participate in video shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio setup. Assist in capturing high-quality footage and audio recordings. Support the editing process by organizing and importing media files, selecting and assembling footage, and making basic edits under the guidance of senior video producers.

Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and project meetings for both in house and sponsorship contents. Offer input on video concepts, visual styles, and storytelling techniques to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.

Mentorship Support: Assisting Head of Video in coaching and mentoring junior producers or video interns to support the video production process. To provide guidance and coordinate the team in the absence of team lead and monitor the progress of junior members' performance.

Post-Production Support: Assist in post-production activities, including video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or visual effects. Collaborate with the editing team to ensure videos are edited efficiently and meet project requirements and deadlines.

Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and organize video production equipment, ensuring it is in working order and ready for use. Assist with equipment setup and breakdown before and after shoots.

Project Coordination: Support project coordination tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Help track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Quality Control: Ensure video content meets the highest standards of quality, including visual aesthetics, audio clarity, and overall production value. Conduct quality checks and assist in revisions as needed.

Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through research, training, and learning from experienced team members.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years industry experience in Media, Film, Video Production or general content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in video production, either through academic projects, internships, or freelance work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
  • Familiarity with visual storytelling principles and creative storytelling techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and offer innovative ideas.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
