Job Description

Position Summary:

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-friendly individual who enjoys solving problems? We're looking for a jovial and motivated Software Support Intern to join our dynamic team! You'll be supporting clients using our HR or Accounting software, learning valuable technical and communication skills along the way.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide and assist support to end users on enquiries to HRMS / Accounting Software via phone call/email/remote assistance.
  • Assist Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
  • Perform data migration works if necessary.
  • Conduct software training sessions for end-users.
  • Participate in pre-implementation discussions and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

Main Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required. 
  • Strong interest in Human Resource, Accounting, Customer Support or Software Support.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
  • Able to commit to a minimum 6-months of Internship.
  • Willing to work on-site at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
