Position Summary:

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-friendly individual who enjoys solving problems? We're looking for a jovial and motivated Software Support Intern to join our dynamic team! You'll be supporting clients using our HR/payroll or accounting software, learning valuable technical and communication skills along the way.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide and assist support to end users on enquiries to HRMS / Accounting Software via phone call/email/remote assistance.
• Assist Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
• Perform data migration works if necessary.
• Conduct software training sessions for end-users.
• Participate in pre-implementation discussions and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  Main Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required. 
• Strong interest in Human Resource, Customer Support or Software Support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
• Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-months of Internship.
• Willing to work on-site at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
