Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads in Hong Kong and surrounding regions
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in company products/services
- Perform canvassing & telemarketing & various channels to generate new business leads
- Assist to upsell existing products related to HR payroll software
- Set up appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Support sales admin tasks & customer enquiries
- Manage sales records, issue finalise invoices, and compile monthly sales reports
- Act as a liaison between sales team and customers for quote/order clarification
Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
- Strong communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Able to read/write in Traditional Chinese and English
- Experience in lead generation / telemarketing / inside sales
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel to Q Sentral, KL
- 2-year commitment required (based on business nature)
