Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling maintenance agreements, including negotiating and discussing between Clients and Management, and obtaining approval for any special arrangement or cases.
  • Preparing and amending quotations.
  • Handling and managing all additional headcounts related matters.
  • Answering to enquiries and sending draft quotations via email.
  • Follow up / collecting payment for Maintenance Agreements.
  • Handling administrative tasks that are assigned from time to time.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • Adhere to the organizational policy. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  •  Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma level. 
  •  Good communication skills and able to speak, read & write in Cantonese & English
  •  At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  •  Good relationship building and networking with clients from previous experience. 
  •  Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  •  Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
