Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Specialist which in charge to support all Hong Kong client’s inquiries referring to accounting software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company’s production progress.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including those from the Hong Kong market, addressing support requests and system-related inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 
  • Conduct accurate and appropriate system configurations to resolve software-related issues. 
  • Utilize remote access to troubleshoot and resolve software issues on customer workstations or servers. 
  • Take responsibility for meeting individual KPIs, contributing to team objectives, and adhering to established procedures. 
  • Perform data migration tasks and provide product training to end users, as needed. 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions to support business requirements.
  • Adhere to the organizational policy.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or relevant qualifications in any related field. 
  • Good communication skills and able to speak, read & write in Cantonese, Chinese and English
  • At least one (1) Year of working experience in the related field (IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop Support is preferred).
  • A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
