What this role is all about

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you play an important role in strengthening the sales pipeline by engaging potential clients, optimizing Salesforce data, and executing targeted outreach strategies. You will be is a dynamic, cross-functional role that bridges sales and marketing, with a strong focus on lead recycling, targeted outreach, event support, and collaboration across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Engage prospect customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, converting conversations into quality meetings and sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer segments, verticals, and needs early in discussions to route opportunities to the right Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub.
  • Leverage best-in-class tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to prospect efficiently across all account segments.
  • Build deep product expertise to articulate how Infobip's communication platform solves real business problems for customers across industries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to execute proven account-based sales strategies and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
  • Deliver consistent results against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets while maintaining accurate meeting forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Tackle a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll pioneer outreach into new market segments and help shape how Infobip wins in your region.

What makes you a strong fit

  • 1–2 years of solution sales experience
  • Proven ability to penetrate target accounts and engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're a natural team player
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required
  • Professional working proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
