Purpose:

The Senior Bid Manager plays important role in the growth and success of the company by leading the bid process for new business opportunities. This individual collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to conduct thorough bid analyses, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough analysis of bid requirements and ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to qualify the tender.
• Developing a comprehensive bid plan outlining key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure timely and high-quality contributions.
• Ensuring proposals are compliant with legal, privacy, and security rules, as well as client requirements.
• Conveying a strong value proposition involving appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Supporting internal stakeholders in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the bid process.
• Being accountable for the overall quality and professionalism of proposals submitted to clients.
• Taking ownership of post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement in future bids.
• Organizing and collecting content to establish a solid knowledge base for streamlining future processes.
