Job Description

You will be on our Trainee Programme. Typically you will spend 1 Year to learning and practical on different of the Sales team (3 months Sales Operation & 9 months Inside Sales)

Upon successful completion of the Trainee Programme, you will proceed to the next step and change to permanent sales staff

Sales Operation roles: 

• Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
• Assist the sales team members for smooth order processing 
• Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders related to sales and marketing activities 
• To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Keep track and follow up sales order & make sure all information are up to date
• To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents 

Insides Sales:

• Prepare sales tender and proposal on time 
• Project deliverables follow thru and submission to ensure customer satisfaction and according to order 
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
• Follow up on proposals and quotations, ensuring timely engagement with prospects
• Assist Sales person in prepare quotation and so on
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Fresh graduates or individual with different work experience are encouraged to apply
