Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support (AMS – L2/L3)
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets.
- Root‑cause analysis, solution implementation.
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide on‑call support.

2. Functional Expertise – SAP IS‑Oil (TSW)
- TSW Nomination Management.
- Scheduling, Planning, Actualization, Ticketing.
- Support for pipeline, vessel, truck, rail logistics.

3. Integration & Cross‑Functional Areas
- Integrate with SAP MM, SD, TM, QCI, HPM, TD.
- Work with ABAP team for enhancements.

4. Continuous Improvement
- Requirement gathering, impact assessment.
- Prepare functional specs and execute UAT.

5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain configuration documents.
- Support audit, SOX, compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years SAP IS‑Oil TSW.
- Strong TSW process expertise.
- Knowledge of downstream supply chain.

Good to Have:
- Southeast Asia oil & gas experience.
- Relevant project exposure.
- Marine/terminal logistics knowledge.

Certifications:
- SAP IS‑Oil (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation
