• Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale electrical engineering projects
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders, to coordinate project activities and deliver high-quality results
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimise project performance
• Monitoring project progress, tracking budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in electrical engineering

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience with power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, cabling, and related electrical infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team player skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, software, and reporting systems.
