About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-quality visual designs across a variety of mediums – from apparel collections and packaging to point-of-sale materials and 3D displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and visual designs.
• Manage the full design process for apparel collections, from ideation to final production.
• Design a variety of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) such as standees, block displays, banners, posters, wobblers, etc.
• Develop creative and practical packaging designs.
• Prepare high-quality Final Artwork (FA) for printing and production.
• Review and ensure accuracy of job sheets and production files.
• Work on concept sketches, space planning, and material research with clear design specifications.
• Refine and improve designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Art, Design, Illustration, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D work.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive working attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experienced in 3D software such as SketchUp or Maya.
• Knowledge of videography is a strong advantage.
