Job Description

Sales Executive / Client Servicing Executive

Join our energetic and growing team! We're looking for a proactive, client-focused Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships and driving results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and drive the full sales process — from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Deliver a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Build strong relationships through regular touchpoints — via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing and potential clients through excellent customer engagement.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and project briefs (Jobsheets).
  • Collaborate closely with Designers, Production, and Traffic teams to execute client requests effectively.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and payments to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor and track order status, and provide exceptional after-sales service.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Company.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and share insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to Management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities — report insights regularly.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience — experience in FMCG or marketing services is a strong plus.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about sales, results-driven, and a natural relationship builder. 
  • Skilled in sales techniques, negotiation, and client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a quick problem-solver.
  • Able to work independently, multitask efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to learn and grow.
