Job Purpose

To prepare final artwork (FA) files, ensure print-readiness of all design outputs, and manage layout consistency, color accuracy, and dieline application for POSM, signage, and activation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert design files into production-ready formats based on specific print requirements.
• Apply dielines, bleeds, crop marks, and ensure all elements are correctly aligned for various formats.
• Check and optimize resolution, color settings (CMYK/Pantone), fonts, and image linking before final output.
• Coordinate with Creative Designers to finalize layouts based on technical feedback or structural constraints.
• Prepare files for mock-up mounting, inkjet printing, or digital proofing.
• Liaise with production team or vendors to ensure accurate file transfer and printing compatibility.
• Archive and name files according to internal standards for easy retrieval and version control.
• Conduct final visual QA of materials before release to production or client.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in desktop publishing, print production, or graphic pre-press.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of PDF preflight tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of print output processes.
• Familiar with common POSM formats, material usage, and mounting specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs under tight timelines with minimal error.
• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
