Job Description

• Conceptualize Bold Designs: Create innovative POSM designs that capture attention and build meaningful connections with consumers.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Timely Delivery: Complete and deliver final artwork within the given time frame.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the Client Serving Team to develop designs that meet client goals while exploring creative boundaries.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project goals and team operations.
• 2D/3D Design Advantage: Proficiency in 2D and 3D design is an added advantage, allowing for expanded creative solutions.

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: At least a Diploma in Graphic Design. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or FMCG industry are preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Written communication in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Creative Skills: Strong creative sense with a keen eye for design, creative concepts, and innovative ideas.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other similar design software. Knowledge of Macromedia Flash is an added advantage.
• Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality output.
