As our 2D/3D Graphic Designer, you’ll orchestrate end-to-end visual campaigns across physical and digital realms. From sketching apparel collections to engineering 3D retail displays, you’ll turn concepts into shelf-stopping realities seen by thousands daily.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead apparel design journeys: Conceptualize → develop → finalize collections for production.
• Architect retail experiences: Design high-impact POSM (standees, displays, banners, wobblers).
• Engineer packaging magic: Create functional yet stunning packaging solutions.
• Master production prep: Deliver print-ready final artwork (FA) with technical precision.
• Spearhead 3D innovation: Model displays/environments in SketchUp/Maya for client pitches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, production, and clients to refine designs.
• Guard brand excellence: Ensure all outputs align with guidelines and exceed expectations.

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3+ years’ proven experience in 2D/3D design (portfolio required).
• Adobe Mastery: Illustrator + Photoshop (Advanced), After Effects (Intermediate).
• 3D Software Proficiency: SketchUp or Maya (showreel/reel examples preferred).
• Retail Design IQ: Portfolio showcasing POSM, packaging, and apparel projects.

• Prepress Expertise: Flawless final artwork preparation for print/production.
• Technical Translation: Turn sketches → specs → production-ready files.
