Job Description
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guets
- Sort out and disinfect all incoming documents, couriers and parcels delivery, arrival and notify respective departments for collection
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document advantage
- Perform any other tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good level of verbal and listening communication skills
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or customer service roles.
- Computer literacy in basic applications, such as Microsoft Office. email etc
