Job Purpose

To support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching POSM materials and campaign-related items in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and check quantity, condition, and accuracy against delivery orders.
• Sort, label, and store items in the designated warehouse area based on type and project.
• Pick and pack materials for outgoing deliveries according to project requirements or packing list.
• Coordinate with the driver and operations team to ensure timely dispatch and loading of materials.
• Assist in maintaining stock records and flagging low stock to the supervisor.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Handle heavy items, POSM displays, and promotional materials during load/unload.
• Support any other warehouse-related or physical setup task as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational support roles (training provided).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, lifting, and handling POSM materials.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English preferred.
• Forklift handling or stock system knowledge is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Willing to work flexible hours or assist with urgent deliveries/installations when needed.
