Job Description

We are a Singapore-based creative company seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to work remotely from Malaysia. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, with proficiency in motion graphics and video editing as a key part of the scope.

Salary will be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD $1,500 – $2,000), commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate is a versatile creative who is comfortable working across static, motion, and video formats, and has a portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility, animation, and storytelling.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Design compelling visuals for print, digital, social media platforms.
• Create motion graphics and short-form videos for marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Edit videos, including basic sound integration, transitions, and motion effects.
• Develop logos, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design and execute concepts for web, advertisements, and print collateral based on client requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Execute various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and image manipulation and layout.
• Update and maintain company website and social media pages.
• Ad-hoc design related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. 
• Ability to conceptualise, propose, and execute creative ideas independently. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video work. 
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

Additional Information

• Candidates must own a MacBook Pro (M3 or equivalent specification). 
• Candidates must have their own licensed Adobe Creative Suite software.
