Job Description

Overall Job Function

Account Executive – Trade Accounts Payable is responsible for trade accounts payable processing and payment. Also, handle one full set of account. The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full billing spectrum of Account Payable, including month-end closing for AP.
  • Ensure all invoices has proper authorization and perform posting on time.
  • Prepare payment voucher and related documents for finance manager review and verification.
  • Update daily bank book, monitor cash flow, banking and payments matters.
  • Work closely other departments to resolve payment processing issues.
  •  Assist in reconciling supplier statements.
  • Responsible for verifying and recording campaign-related staff claims.
  • Participate in continuous improvement on process optimization and efficiency of the internal billing system.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing.
  • Able to manage systematically document pertaining to all company business transactions.
  • Responsible to handle full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual budget.
  • To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.
  • Support annual audit and liaise with auditor.
  • Adhere to Company’s policy and procedures.

Job Requirements

Specification and Requirement (Eligibility)

  • Degree or certificate in accounting or finance.
  • Candidate must have basic accounting knowledge.
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Applications. 
  • Must be details focused with excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with people from all levels. 
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, organised with great sense of urgency and commitment.
