Job Description

  • To responsible for managing day-to-day HR processes and accurate payroll management, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
  • To in charge of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance, accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, wages, and other compensation elements. This involves calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances and deductions based on attendance records, timesheets, and other relevant data.
  • To stay updated on changes in labor laws and adapt the processes accordingly.
  • To maintains accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including personal information, salary details, tax requirements, and other relevant data.
  • To responsible in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
  • To manage and optimizing payroll software and systems to streamline payroll processes and improve data accuracy.
  • To utilizes HR and payroll data to generate insightful reports for management. These reports may include metrics related to employee turnover, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in Payroll/HR; regional payroll experience in a multinational, outsourcing or shared service environment is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of statutory regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications in Malaysia.
  • A highh degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Preferably someone with experience with BIPO payroll system
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
