Job Description

  • Develop new business prospects and existing customers across Malaysia to increase sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Work strategically with BDM’s and Pre-Sales teams to manage the sales life-cycle across licenses and services.
  • Work to agreed quarterly sales quota.
  • Large sales focus on FSI and local government accounts.
  • Effective networking across new business, road-shows and events to generate new business.
  • Help to increase the company brand and presence in the Sydney market place.
  • High level stakeholder management within key accounts, understanding requirement pipelines.
  • Effective questioning of customers to discover existing pain points.
  • On-going support and customer service to customers on current contractual agreements.

  • Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence, Data or Analytics industry.
  • Extensive understanding of Senior Account Management responsibilities.
  • Previous experience managing large, government accounts, selling IT software and services.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities, ability to build strong professional relationships with C-suite.
  • Proactive approach to winning new business, ability to present at road-shows, effective networking, strong social media branding etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand complex sales cycles, within large private and public organisations.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and strategic sales mind-set.
  • Excellent communication skills are paramount.
