Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Event & Brand Communications Intern to support our team in planning and executing B2B events and brand projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to the events industry and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the coordination and execution of event‑related activities, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and meet client expectations
• Assist in managing client communications by understanding their requirements and providing timely project updates
• Help prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and post‑event reports
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support project needs and cost efficiency
• Work closely with the project team on logistics, timelines, and on‑site support during events
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by your direct superior or director, gaining exposure to various aspects of event operations

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in events, branding, and marketing
• Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable coordinating with people (clients, vendors, internal team)
• Positive attitude with a sense of responsibility
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work on‑site and support events when required
