Job Description

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns (captions, graphics, short videos) 
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
• Schedule and manage social media posts, including monitoring comments and messages 
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences 
• Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports 
• Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization 
• Support email marketing campaigns and database management 
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas, branding, and campaign strategies 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia or related field 
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends 
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools is a plus) and video editing skills
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., automation, personalization, content generation) is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate (verbal/written) in Mandarin
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive 
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with social media management
