Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Innov8tif. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record of driving revenue growth. 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs, and collaborate with management and stakeholders to shape business strategies. 
  • Manage the proposal response process, including RFP requirements, content development, and coordination of inputs from various teams. 
  • Generate new leads, identify key decision-makers, and develop strong business opportunities aligned with company strategies. 
  • Plan and execute outbound sales and business development strategies, including processes, structure, and best practices. 
  • Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis, and lead negotiations for proposals and bids. 
  • Build and maintain strong industry knowledge through continuous learning, networking, events, and presentations.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong “hunter” mindset in driving new business. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline. 
  • Proven experience in IT software solution sales is an added advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of sales and consultative selling techniques. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and uncertain environment. 
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and successful negotiations. 
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
