As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by generating leads, engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and mutual success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, and best practices to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage proposal and RFP processes, including gathering requirements, preparing quotations, structuring deals, and leading negotiations.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners that align with company goals, while ensuring ongoing partner engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, presales, marketing) and external partners to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer drivers to provide insights that shape business and partnership strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is an added advantage.
