Contract Technical Support Technician will be involved in supporting our customers in installation & troubleshooting.
To provide prompt technical support on system setup, maintenance, and installation of devices at customer premises in Malaysia.
To provide installation of software and peripheral hardware into Windows PC and troubleshooting when required

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least basic skills operating Windows PC or Professional Certificate
Required skill(s): Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferable candidate from East Malaysia and willing to travel in East Malaysia
Preferable candidate with NIOSH Certification

Job Duration:

4 Months Contract (July to October 2021)

As long as you are not meeting clients, you can come in comfortably in your preferred outfit, just make sure to wear clothes!

As we are having regional clientele, those who are keen to represent the company will be given working traveling opportunities.

We won't stop you for streaming your preferred music during work hours. Just don't congest the bandwidth with torrent downloads please.
