Job Description

We are looking for a talented Joget Developer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain applications using the Joget Workflow platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on both low-code (Joget) and Java-based solutions. Fresh graduates who meet the baseline requirements are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications primarily using the Joget Workflow platform, including building forms, datalists, userviews, and process flows.  While the main focus is on Joget development, the role may also involve supporting Java application development when required.
• Customize and enhance Joget apps using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Joget-specific APIs and plugins.
• Develop and maintain custom Java modules or plugins to extend Joget functionalities or integrate with external systems as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Joget workflow applications or Java-based applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability by applying best practices in low-code(Joget workflow) and Java development.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting on both Joget applications and Java applications to ensure system stability.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge continuously. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Joget Workflow (preferred).
• Proficiency in Java, APIs, and workflow customization.
• Basic experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt. Joget training will be provided.
• PHP / Java / Web development skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Joget Workflow (preferred but not mandatory).
