 As an Art Director at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team to produce visually stunning and effective design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and print, possess advanced skills in the Adobe suite of products, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Creative Director. 

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Develop and oversee the artistic vision for projects, ensuring concepts are fresh, impactful, and aligned with client goals and the agency’s creative standards.
• Design Excellence: Lead in creating outstanding visuals across various platforms, including print, digital, branding, motion graphics, and video.
• Team Collaboration: Guide, mentor, and inspire designers, illustrators, and creative interns to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the creative industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and familiarity with other relevant design tools. Proficiency in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts.
• Leadership: Strong team management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Versatility: Expertise in multiple creative disciplines, including branding, publications, visual storytelling, multimedia design, and videography.
