KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across web and system applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build well-integrated applications.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full-stack of applications.
• LARAVEL, PHP, vue.js, react.js, Strapi CMS

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the go-to person for technical decision-making and best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee technical architecture.
• Define software development standards, processes, and tools for the team.
• Work closely with QA engineers to improve testing automation and code quality.
• Coordinate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

DevOps & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, server hosting, and application scalability (AliCloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure system security, penetration testing, and data protection compliance.
• Troubleshoot server issues, deployment failures, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks where possible.
• Manage domain registration, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar).
• Experience in frontend development (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and API development.
• Database management experience (SQL & NoSQL, indexing, and optimization).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication, and data protection.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
