We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Plan & Execute Events – Manage all aspects of brand activations from concept to completion.
   
• Client Engagement – Work closely with clients to understand goals and deliver interactive solutions powered by our in-house tech.
   
• Project Management – Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
   
• Vendor & Partner Management – Liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors to arrange logistics and negotiate outcomes.
   
• On-Site Supervision – Lead on-site execution, ensuring flawless operations and premium guest experiences.
   
• Problem-Solving – Address last-minute issues or changes with a calm, solutions-driven mindset.
   
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with creative, technical, and operations teams for cohesive delivery.
   
• Post-Event Review – Prepare post-event reports to measure outcomes and improvements.
   
• Innovation & Trends – Stay updated on new event technologies and experiential trends.

• Excellent organization & time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Solid budgeting & vendor negotiation experience.
   
• Creativity in shaping unique immersive experiences.
   
• Proficiency with event tech platforms, AV equipment, and digital tools.
   
• Strong problem-solving ability to handle unexpected challenges.
   
• Leadership abilities to manage event staff and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
   
• Adaptability to work during weekends or outside normal hours for event execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
   
• 2–3 years of event planning/activation experience preferred (agency/brand activation background is a plus).
   
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for events and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
   
• Interest in interactive events, brand activations, and immersive tech is advantageous.
