Job Description

As a Certification Program Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our certification programs to corporate clients, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. This is an office-based role that involves coordinating with prospective clients, presenting program options, and closing sales with corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients to promote our certification programs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Provide detailed information about the certification programs, answering client queries and advising on the best programs for their needs.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and communication throughout the certification process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the department.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in B2B or corporate training, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
