Internship with IERP®
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution and monitoring of our digital initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms and contributing to performance-driven marketing campaigns.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in content planning, scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.</li>
<li>Support the creation of copy, captions and basic visual content aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.</li>
<li>Monitor audience engagement, flag key conversations and assist in responding to comments or inquiries.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor and trend research to inform content ideas and social strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing performance reports, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and paid campaign performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the design and events teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.</li>
<li>Assist in data cleaning and monitor EDM analytics and groups.</li>
