This internship places psychology students at the heart of HR work, where people, behavior, and workplace culture blend into one colorful puzzle. You will support HR teams in understanding employee behavior, assisting recruitment, improving engagement, and contributing to staff development programs. The role helps you turn classroom theory into real-world practice while learning how organizations keep their people motivated, supported, and growing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening resumes and selecting suitable candidates based on behavioral fit.
  • Support HR in conducting interviews, assessments, or employee surveys.
  • Help analyze employee behaviors, engagement patterns, or feedback to improve HR processes.
  • Participate in planning and delivering onboarding or training activities.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support projects related to workplace well-being, mental health awareness, and employee motivation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department when needed.

Contract length: 3 - 6 months
