We are looking for an IT Intern with a strong interest or background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support both IT operations and AI-related projects. This role is ideal for students who want to apply technical knowledge in a real-world setting, combining traditional IT tasks with exposure to AI tools, automation, and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day IT support: troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, user accounts, system access).
• Support AI/ML initiatives such as data collection, preprocessing, and model testing.
• Work with IT and Data teams to implement automation tools (chatbots, scripts, AI-driven monitoring).
• Document technical processes, AI experiments, and IT support activities.
• Research emerging AI technologies and suggest possible applications for business improvement.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, R, or Java) and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus. And also PHP.
• Understanding of operating systems, databases, and networking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in both IT operations and AI-related tasks.
