Job Description
- Prepare sales-related documents including pricing proposals, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and contracts
- Coordinate incoming shipments with distributors and ensure timely delivery to warehouses and customers
- Provide administrative support for regulatory matters
- Assist with general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Candidates with pharmaceutical sales administration experience will have an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess own transportation as public transportation access is limited
