Job Description
- Receive, review and record takaful claims accurately within the required turnaround time.
- Verify claims documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain claims records, databases and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with claims filing, document handling and pre-assessment data entry.
- Handle escalated customer enquiries on claims status and documentation requirements.
- Process direct credit information and perform related data entry.
- Identify and flag suspicious claims for further investigation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Takaful, Insurance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in insurance, takaful or claims processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and a good team player.
- Experience with claims processing systems is an added advantage.
