Job Description
Position: Digital Operations Executive
Tenure: 10 Months Contract
Salary: RM 2500/Month
Working Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the daily operations of digital partnership/affinity business activities.
- Managing sales and payment reconciliations, preparing reports and invoices.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance on digital platforms.
- Assist with new digital initiatives, system testing (UAT).
- Ad hoc reporting for management and regulatory purposes
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms,
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
