Our Graduate Apprentice Programme (Legal) is designed for fresh law graduates who are passionate about Employment Law, Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and Human Resource Administration. This programme offers practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while preparing you for a successful career in HR and Employment Law.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Support Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters in accordance with Malaysian employment laws.
✔ Assist in handling employee disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, misconduct cases, counselling sessions, warning letters, show cause letters, and related documentation.
✔ Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, contract extensions, transfer letters, and other HR documentation.
✔ Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration processes.
✔ Monitor employee contract expiry dates and coordinate renewal or extension processes.
✔ Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
✔ Prepare HR reports, employee correspondence, and documentation for management.
✔ Ensure HR documentation complies with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and company policies.
✔ Provide HR administrative support and assist in HR projects, policy reviews, and process improvements.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✅ Strong interest in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Administration.
✅ Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law will be an added advantage.
✅ Excellent communication, drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
