Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR & Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources and Recruitment team in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job vacancies.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview arrangements and recruitment progress.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.
• Assist with other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
