Position: Logistic Coordinator (3PL Management)

Salary: up to RM 4,000 + RM 100 (Allowance) + Overtime

Working Location: Puchong, Selangor

Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 9.00am - 6.00pm

Tenure: 3-6 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with assigned 3PL partners.
• Monitor 3PL performance against agreed SLA and KPI targets.
• Coordinate pickup schedules, delivery timelines and capacity planning.
• Follow up on operational issues, escalations and delivery exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain regular 3PL performance reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Investigate delivery issues, complaints and discrepancies with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Support root cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring issues.
• Assist in monitoring 3PL compliance with contractual requirements, SOPs and regulations.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Assist with ad-hoc logistics projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year related working experience is required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
