Position: Logistic Coordinator

Working Location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Employment Type: Renewable 3 to 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Coordinate FCA and EXW export shipments and ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Update transportation and logistics costs in SAP.
• Manage courier shipments for China, Vietnam and Indonesia, with potential expansion to other countries.
• Support Indonesia export PEB requirements.
• Manage Air Waybill (AWB) value requirements for China and Vietnam, including updates in the DHL portal.
• Coordinate APAC pre-carriage activities.
• Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) for Taiwan shipments when required.
• Analyse logistics reports and expedite shipments to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues in SAP and Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or supply chain.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with customers and business counterparts in China.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with TMS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
